Collarbarating with google apps
Today in room 8 Gerhard came in for the cyber smart lesson every Wednesday . We were learning about collaboration this is the drawing we did with him we had to put in a YouTube video and the meaning of collaboration.

WE WENT TO THE ZOO

On Tuesday we went to the zoo it was lots fun we saw a lot of animals.We went for free because of warehouse and riches bus's because they sponserd us.They helped us go because they paid all the money for us to go and a big thank you for riches for taking us and bringing us we all appropriated it .
while we were at the zoo we saw lots an lots of animals it was really fun at the zoo.Did you know cheetahs run 103 m int 4 jumps?Did you know The tuatara is born with 3 eyes. there was also a massive room where the elephants sleep and take a shower there was massive bars It was like jail but it was just because they don,t escape
Did you know that the serval cat can jump up to 3 m?

WE GOT CHICKS !!!!

This week in our class we got a incubator. we got some eggs from Living eggs ,it is a company about eggs and it gives schools incubators. There is a specific temperature the chickens need to be at, it is 37.7 degrees Celsius.
The incubator is for the chicks when they are in the eggs it helps them get out by softening the shell for them to pip there shell then they get out. this week so far we have only had two eggs that hatched the rest were all dead unfortunately so Jo came in today took the dead eggs and brought us new alive chicks now they are all in the brooder box either sleeping or playing.

On Friday we made pest traps it was really easy. It only about took 10 to 20 minutes then we put it out we put our ones in a bush and we hid it. we did it so we can track if we have any pests in our school .
